Ms. Scott (Ginger) has over 20 years of experience in import/export compliance management. She has an exceptional background in U.S. and Foreign government regulations for a diverse range of commodities.  Her expertise in interfacing with import/export supply chain personnel e.g. freight forwarders and customs broker resulted in significant economies and cost savings for her previous employers while mitigating any risk exposure.

GingerGinger has served numerous senior level positions in International Traffic, most recently as Export Manager and Export Licensing Officer, overseeing all State Department/Commerce license applications.  She provided oversight of all corporate International Consultant, Representative and Distributor Agreements.  She prepared and maintained Technology Control Plans for all of the company's Foreign Nationals, as well as managed all Technical Assistance Agreements and Manufacturing License Agreements and routinely conducted Import/Export training to corporate program managers and advised executive management on Foreign Corrupt Practices and anti-corruption standards. As a Traffic Manager, Ginger negotiated rate and service commitments with carriers, freight forwarders and other service providers and was accountable for a $15M dollar annual traffic budget, air and sea.  She managed $400M in exports (Air and Ocean) and $100M in imports.

Working with Lockheed Martin as a Senior Traffic Analyst, Ginger became Vice Chairperson of the Corporate Traffic Committee that negotiated transportation services for 40 Lockheed Martin divisions. She worked to develop division ISO 9000 International Traffic procedures. She handled $100M per year in international shipments and eliminated $500K in duties and taxes through an aggressive tariff reduction program.  She trained Turkish nationals on U.S. Customs procedures involved in a Lockheed Martin/Turkish Government Joint Venture and received reciprocal training on Turkish Government regulations.

Ms Scott is a graduate of New York University's International Traffic Management Program and is certified by the U.S. Customs Audits and Investigations.  She enjoys the theatre, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
