George McCarthyMr. McCarthy has spent over forty years working in Corporate America in various management positions, and has experienced and witnessed the impact of corporations in transition first hand.  Mr. McCarthy has over 25,000 hours of platform time while teaching, facilitating or instructing courses that included management/change management training for 1st-3rd tier managers in support the AT&T breakup and subsequent reorganizations e.g. New England Telephone, NYNEX, Bell Atlantic, Verizon and Fairpoint, to name only a few.

Mr. McCarthy holds certifications in over 30 different course types and concepts such as, Ken Blanchard's, Situational Leadership 1 and 2, Lou Tice's Investment in Excellence, Otto Kroger's, Myer's Briggs 16 types, Drexler - Siebert's model for creating and managing high performance teams.  

Mr. McCarthy has worked at New England Telephone's quality institute as a facilitator and possesses a Master's Degree in Total Quality Management (TQM).
